Third Grade end of year projects

Third grade has learned about polar animals and etched styrofoam printing plates to make 4 prints.
They learned about the Pop artist Keith Haring, and drew figures of people dancing. These were cut out, laid onto black paper, and chalked around to create 3 silhouettes. Their last project involved learning about machines and the industrial revolution. They have create gears and painted these with metallic tempera. Still having fun creating in art!
