Kinder Paul Klee Fish

Kinders are so fun to have in art as they are very enthusiastic and love the whole process. Our Art to Remember piece is a fish, to practice types of lines ( straight, curved and crossing), and warm
 ( yellow, red. orange) , cool colors  (blue, green purple).
The liquid water colors over oil pastels, really make the artworks glow!

Back to it! 5th grade art!

We are back in full swing at the Sopris Elementary Art Room! After setting up rules and procedures, and social contracts, we are ready to do ART! 5th is starting off with a Colorado landscape for our Art to Remember  program. Here they are painting the foreground, middle ground, and back ground over their masked aspen trees. Next week we will peel off the tape and finish the trees.
