We have read several very interesting books about them. Our favorite was the "Icky Bug Counting Book." We drew our own and added lovely patterns of lines and shapes. Next we re drew this insects onto scratch art paper. This black paper reveals a rainbow of colors when scratched with a wooden stylus. WE have a few more steps yet, so come back for more!
